These terms govern your use of COLOR at color.muselabs.ai. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

COLOR generates printable colouring books from a written prompt or an uploaded photo, using AI image and text models. Output is generated automatically and will vary in quality; we do not guarantee any particular result.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that occurs under it. Tell us promptly at ben@muselabs.ai if you believe it has been accessed without your permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and images you supply and of the books you generate. You grant MuseLabs only the permission needed to operate the service — to store your content, and to transmit it to the AI providers that produce your results. We do not use your content to train models and we claim no ownership of your output.

You must have the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload photographs of other people without their agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not use COLOR to create or upload material that is unlawful, that sexualises minors, that infringes someone else's rights, that harasses or defames, or that is designed to deceive. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, probe or disrupt the service, or access another user's data.

Usage limits

AI generation is subject to per-user rate limits, daily quotas and an overall spending ceiling. These exist to keep the service affordable and available, and may be adjusted. Requests beyond a limit are declined rather than charged.

Availability

COLOR is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. It may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, MuseLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of generated content.

Ending your use

You may stop using COLOR and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing ben@muselabs.ai. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
